How to buy?

Here are a detailed step-by-step support instructions of how to make a purchase on our store:
  1. Choose the products you would like to purchase here.
  2. Click on the product image.
  3. Click the button “Add to cart” located on the right (you can input the desired quantity).
  4. Repeat the same action for the rest of the products you want.
  5. Click the Cart icon located at the right of the header
  6. Click the button “Checkout” located at the right bottom.
  7. Fill in your billing details.
  8. Click the button Place order.
  9. Wait until the package is delivered at your home.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Our online store accepts a wide range of payment options:

Why the final price increases?

Since July 1st 2021, any legal online store that sells to an European Union country is forced to charge its customers the corresponding VAT to that respective country, regardless of the purchase value or procedence. (more info here)

Since your adress is required to calculate the VAT corresponding to your country, if your country belongs to the European Union, when you input your shipping information during the checkout the corresponding VAT will be automatically calculated and added.

For this reason, you might see an increase in the final price at the checkout.

Please note that we can’t add the VAT to the product price because it varies depending on your country of residence.

The shipping cost will also be added at the checkout to avoid charging you more than what it really costs us.

Which shipping methods do you use?

To ship around the globe, we have prenegotiated prices with the official carrier of the Spanish Government, Correos, which delegates the package delivery to the local carrier of each respective country.

Thanks to their specialized software, all the packages you order from us will have a tracking code that can be used to locate them through our tracking page. In your order details you will find a link that will bring you to the tracking page of your order in the official Correos website.

How long it will take to recieve my order?

Here’s a list of all the countries we currently ship to, the carrier that will deliver the package in each country and the days it will take to ship the package from our warehouse to the main cities of that contry. (If you live in a remote area, it can take a few days more).

We will ship all the orders we get in less than 24h, so you recieve them as soon as possible. In fact, all the pending orders will be shipped every mornning at 10:00 (GMT+2).

Warnning: keep in mind that all national carriers don’t work during Saturdays and Sundays, so if you order after Friday 10:00 (GMT+2), our team won’t be able to ship the order until Monday at 10:00 (GMT+2).

Why do you charge shipping?

Some online stores offer free shipping because they include the shipping costs in the cost of their products.

However, since we don’t want to charge you more shipping fees than what it really costs us, we subtract the shipping costs from our product prices and automatically calculate (based on the input adress and the order weight) exactly how much the shipping costs when you enter your shipping adress at the checkout.

But we have good news for you! If you spend more than 75€, we will offer you free shipping!

If you desire to cancel your order, contact us immediately! Our team will proceed to modify the order status and refund you the money (through the same payment method you used to make the purchase).

How to modify my order?

Once the order is placed, it can’t be modified by our clients. However, in some cases you can request a modification by contacting our team. If the value of the modified order is different from the original one, the difference in price will be refunded/charged to you (through the same payment method you used to make the purchase).

How are the items packaged?

All the motors, servos and power supplies are shipped with their original Mould King box.

We use resistent packaging so the items arrive in the best condition.

Our packages are eco-friendly to reduce our environmental impact and cutting down the amount of non-recyclable materials used.

The boxes might arrive a bit warpet. Don’t worry, the components are very protected and will remind untouched inside. If this is not the case, you can find more information here.

Into how many packages is split my order?

Generally the orders are shipped in one single package. However, in some particular cases, especially when the order is larger than usual, it may be split into multiple packages to optimize transportation.

Currently our store policy does not offer returns but in case your product does not function, we offer you total or partial refunds. More information below.

My order arrived damaged

In case your product(s) does not function, we offer free replacement of the damaged products or total/partial refunds (through the same method you used to pay in the checkout).

 

Warning: To apply for a refund, you will have to send us audiovisual proof of the incident, which our team will use to determine whether the refund is accepted or not.

How long will take the refund?

Once our team has approved your refund request, we will immediately proceed to refund you the money. However, due to external factors to us (bank transfer speeds, etc.) you should expect to receive the money in a period of roughly 3 working days.
